Low movement = low oxygen = low brain power.
Quick Fix: Do 1 minute of movement (jumping jacks, deep breathing, a short walk).

🧊 Cold Shock Buff – Reset your energy bar instantly.

Lvl 1: Splash cold water on your face.
Lvl 2: Ice water dunk.
Lvl 10: Cold shower for instant wake-up mode.

🏆 Quick Win Streak – Start stacking wins to build momentum.

Making progress = getting energy back.
Lvl 1: Make your bed.
Lvl 2: Design your day like a game. - create a highlight for the day
Lvl 3: Do all 3 and Stack 3 quick wins before 10 AM.

This isn’t about waking up perfectly rested every day.

💀 Lvl 0 Doomer : Do nothing. Stay stuck in default mode.

Complain about being tired, blame your circumstances,

and scroll your way through another exhausted day.

(Yeah, that was mean… but it’s true.)

🙂 Lvl 1 Player: Try just one of these energy boosts now.

🚶 Walk for 1 minute to get oxygen flowing.
❄️ Splash cold water on your face for an instant reset.
